What is Delta 9 THC?
Delta 9 THC is one of many cannabinoids produced naturally in the cannabis plant. Our Delta 9 is a hemp-derived cannabinoid and can cause psychoactive effects.
How old do I have to be to consume one?
This product is intended for consumers at least 21 years of age.
Will I get high?
While every person’s metabolism is different, this product is intended and has been proven to give you the same, or better, effects as other hemp-derived Delta 9 cannabis products.
Is there alcohol in this?
No. This product is not intended to be mixed with alcohol.
How long does it take and last?
While every person’s metabolism is different, customers have seen the onset of effects 15-30 minutes after consuming. Some users reported 45-60 minutes, with a peak around 2 hours, and total chill for roughly 4 hours. Results may vary.
Will it show up on a drug test?
While Delta 9 THC, and this product, contain less than 0.3% THC per net weight, yes, Delta 9 does show up on most drug tests that are testing for THC. Please consult your physician.
How much can I drink?
With a typical onset of just 15-30 minutes, start with one and go from there. For new consumers, we recommend 5-10mg. For those who partake, we suggest 10+mg. Everyone has a different experience with cannabis, please consume responsibly!
What license is needed to sell this?
Check with your state licensing agency regarding consumable hemp. Many licenses regarding consumable hemp are focused on consumable hemp products for smoking – check to see if any special licensing is required for consumable hemp products for drinking.
What about open container laws?
We recommend that any delta drink not be consumed until you’ve reached your destination. As of this writing, there is no current open container law regarding delta infused drinks in Texas. Although state law defines one objective standard for a DWI, a BAC of .08%, this standard doesn’t apply to a drug DWI. There is no single standardized test to measure the type or amount of drug in an individual’s system. With quick onset of effects, we strongly urge you not to consume this product before or while driving or operating machinery because of its intoxicating effects.
